Hello, I’m Yang. I studied computer science and cognitive science for my undergraduate studies at Johns Hopkins University. I’m currently a second-year Interactive Media & Games MFA student at University of Southern California.
Right now I’m exploring different ways for self-expression. I love adventures, inconstancy, incompleteness, imbalance, brokeness, illogic, feelings you can't put your finger on, words that make you sad. But I also love stillness, silence, rhymed poems, puzzle pieces that complete one another, songs that make your heart race in elation.
I’m an introvert; I spend most of my free time reading fictions or short story collections, and writing stuff with my headphones on listening to psychedelic rock, rock in general, doom metal, deathcore, industrial music, etc.
I also keep a dream journal. There’s a lot of gory details in it, and it’s a major inspiration to my writings and designs.
